The Medicine Wheel

This workshop is for those that are new to the vast subject of shamanic practices, be looking at some of the knowledge and traditions of Native American culture.

• What is the medicine wheel?
• What is a persons medicine?
• What are the Four Directions?

Along with a Powerpoint presentation, you will be guided through a short shamanic journey to access information that may be of benefit to you at that time. A 15 minute comfort break is included. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.

Part 2 (Sunday 2nd Febryary 2025) focuses more on totem animals and will include a journey to meet a power animal. These are stand alone sessions and do not require the student to attend both.

Student requirements - notepad and pen to jot down the content of your shamanic journey.
