Thank you for booking one of our development courses in mediumship and the psychic sciences.

Please find below the Terms and Conditions that each one of our students are required abide by.

By booking on a class/course held through Fox Pioneer Centre, the student automatically agrees to these terms and conditions as set out below.

Please note that each booking constitutes a legally binding contract whereby you make a commitment to the Centre which must be honoured by you.

These are the terms and conditions that apply when you reserve a course through Fox Pioneer Centre, either online or in person.

You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.

Fox Pioneer Centre Spiritual Community shall be referred to as FPCSC

Online & In Person Events

  1. Your booking has secured you an allocated place on one of our courses.  If you subsequently decide to change your mind about this booking, refunds for online courses are not permissible as places on these courses are very limited. See below for our refund policies for in person seminars

  2. Once you have booked your course, you will be emailed the course pre-requisites. This will include the Zoom link or physical address.

  3. For in person courses and classes, you are required to notify the tutors if you have any extra support needs.

  4. For online courses, you are required to test this link in advance of the course to ensure that it works.  This will give us plenty of time to send you a new link in good time of the course starting.  Follow the instructions provided with your Zoom link.

  5. You will be required, in advance of the course, to create an account with Zoom.  Free accounts are available.

  6. You are responsible for suitable and continued internet connection throughout the duration of the course. No make-up sessions are available

  7. You are required to log in to the Zoom meeting at least 10 minutes before the start of the course.  Courses start promptly at the time advertised.  Tutors are not responsible for enabling students to catch up if they join the course late. Also, students are required to remain for the duration of the course.   Early leavers will be assumed not to have completed the course and will not have the opportunity to catch up on the course later unless payment has been received for a new booking.

  8. If there are less than 6 students (online) or 10 (in person) then a new date will be arranged, and you will be informed by email. Your place will automatically be transferred to the new date.

  9. If a student cannot make the new date or if a course ceases to be offered, students will be given the option of either a credit note or a full refund. The credit note will be to the value of this course to spend on another course, with any difference in cost being refunded/payable as applicable. This must be taken within the financial year – January to December

  10. Students are required to bring to the course the appropriate resources that are stipulated in the course joining details.

  11. Students may be required to complete pre-course questionnaires should this be required by the tutor.  This information is to enable the tutor to tailor the course to their students’ needs.
