Healing is a part of life, be that mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually; gifted healers can make a huge different to the fragile state of another, supporting in becoming and healing that which ails. Harry Edwards is a perfect example of a man that not only listened by embracing his gift, making it his life's work, latterly from his sanctuary in Surrey, which is still running today.

Healing is always from God, the Universe, our great creator, not of, but through man.

Harry Edwards passed to the higher life Dec 1976, after a career of 40 years of a self proclaimed spiritual healer, teacher and author. Sadly, I was only 6 at the time, so never had the privilege of meeting the great man himself however having read 'Thirty Years a Spiritual Healer', one thing is apparent and that is Harry had no background whatsoever in spiritualism and healing but through his work, his absolute love and dedication to healing and complete trust in his Spirit team shone through; allowing them to lead him to where they needed him to be to do their perfect work through their perfect vessel.

That is what we are, vessels. I wonder how many of us actually invite healing for ourselves, or do we forget in our physical world the majesty and miracles Spirit are capable of. I know I forget at times. I would say life in Harrys era was simpler in many ways yet harsher in others. I would suggest he found the voice of spirit to be louder than many of us due to no distractions, no social media, no wi-fi within the home etc...it was very much a time of simplicity whereas now, life is more complicated, cluttered even.

The Magic of Nature

How much of that do we create for ourselves? I always feel closer to Spirit when I'm in the peace and quiet, tending to the garden or elsewhere in nature, alone with my own thoughts. It is there the space is made within to really hear and feel them close to me. They never leave us, it's us that gets so caught up with the mundane that our focus moves away from them, leaving the impressions of spiritual abandonment.

I started this blog to write about as mediums and how we must do our own healing within our work, to be the best we can be for spirit, to be the best for ourselves and to stop us from impressing our own shit onto others. I stand by the fact that mediums that don't do their own inner work by looking at their 'stuff', owning it, working through it and learn and heal from it, can and will only ever work from a shallow place, for you can only meet someone else to the same depths as you've met yourself.

Let's face it, who wants to place their soul into the hands of someone that is afraid of looking at their own? We need mediums, psychics and healers - lightworkers in short, that are self accountable and continually work on themselves. Of course, within that, there is a medium to meet the energy and needs of every communicator and recipient.

Anyway, I must digress to what my team wish to say. This is often the way. I get a flash of inspiration to get me to the computer and the blog takes on an organic life of its own.

For those with ailments of all types, at every opportunity, allow yourself to be quiet. It doesn't matter where. Sitting in the loo, in the car or at the end of the garden (weather permitting of course) are all perfectly good places to allow yourself a moment to breathe, listen and feel. Invite spirit to join you for the purposes of healing whatever ails. If the only time you get is just before you go to sleep, that's perfect too. All spirit and God (whatever your relationship is with the creator) care about is that the time is taken and intention is set. Invite the healing energies into your mind, body soul and spirit. Give yourself permission to receive healing. Include others as well as yourself if you wish; always put your self first.

Perhaps invite Harry to join you with his healing energy. I know he would rejoice at being invited to contribute and continue his valuable work from the higher side of life.

Let me know how you get on...

Thank you for making it this far :)
