Kindness is free - Words from my Guides
'To help someone when there is no benefit other than to give, creates a chain reaction that is rarely seen by the person who originally showed kindness.
The person who is the original kindness recipient, be that from a smile, a helping hand or a kind word, is then reminded of how kindness feels so when the opportunity to be kind comes around, they remember this feeling which acts as a prompt to do a deed that results in someone else experiencing what kindness feels like.
